Visitors to our website are generally either looking for free or paid translation services. If they want, they can use our free service with our compliments. The paid service normally starts with a quote which details the expected cost and delivery timescales. On the basis of that information, the visitor chooses whether or not to accept the quotation.
Accepted Quotation
On acceptance of the quotation the visitor is requested to register an account with us.
They are then expected to pay in advance for the service and complete an online form that describes
the project.The document is then uploaded to a secure folder on our site and immediately backed up to
another location.
It is from these details in conjunction with the document that the translator chooses the project.
You have now created an account with us and can login at any time to see the progress of the project and the details of any other project completed by us along with all of the financial information pertinent to you as a customer.
If you have a regular requirement for translation work and you have always been please with the results then you can elect to automate the final process in that the proofreader can close the project (and not our administrator) thereby improving on the completion time.
If at any time you wish to discuss your project then we are always on hand to be contacted either directly through the site by using our online chat facility, by email, by our contact form or simply by picking up the phone and giving us a call and if non of these options suits you you can visit us in person - you would be most welcome.
We would love to make a bold statement here that all of our customers are 100% happy with the end results but that would be a lie - they all end up being 100% happy because we will address any problems, perceived or real, at our expense until we get our customers 100% satisfaction rating - now that is not just a guarantee that is a personal promise from me.
